Your Philadelphia Chevy dealers are teaming up with Radio station B101 to help give back this holiday season through the Stockings for Kids program.
Chevy dealerships in the Philadelphia area will have drop-off boxes for donated toys for needy children. The collected toys will then be dropped off at the Salvation Army for distribution to needy families throughout the tri-state area. The program will run from November 22 through December 12, 2010.
Last year, the Stockings for Kids program collected more than 90,000 toys from schools, companies and individuals. And the need this year is even greater.
B101 will again be celebrating the "Best Christmas Ever!" this year, as it begins broadcasting nonstop holiday music from November 27 through Christmas Day, 24 hours a day.
